Privacy Policy

This registration portal is used to manage attendee registration and onsite logistics for OCI Tech Day in Bengaluru.

Data We Collect

• First name, last name, designation, and company name
• Email address and mobile number
• Registration date
• Laptop serial number and vehicle details for security check-in

Why We Collect It

• To confirm event participation and coordinate communications
• To support office access and event-day security processes
• To prepare operational plans for attendee management

How We Protect It

• Sensitive values are encrypted at rest in the registration datastore
• Admin access is protected through authentication controls
• Public submissions are protected with validation, CAPTCHA, and abuse controls

Retention and Deletion

Registration records are retained only for operational needs and deleted after the configured retention period.

Default retention window: 90 days from submission.
